About Us
Just Talk Counseling and Consulting, LLC (JTCC) is a Limited Liability company that offers mental health counseling and business consulting. JTCC is owned and operated by Dr. Kimberly Griffin. Although JTCC is located in the Atlanta area, we only offer telemental health for our clients who need counseling. We offer counseling for individuals, adolescents, and couples who are dealing with addiction, anxiety, spirituality, grief, marital issues, career concerns, and depression. Dr. Griffin is currently licensed to provide telemental health sessions to clients in Georgia (https://verify.sos.ga.gov/verification/Search.aspx) and Florida (https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/). In addition, we offer companies the opportunity to enhance their workforce through psychoeducation, processing groups, communication workshops and employee satisfaction initiatives, and executive or management coaching.
Meet DR. GRIFFIN
Dr. Kimberly Griffin is a graduate of Mercer University, where she completed a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. She also attended Clark Atlanta University, where she obtained her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology.
Dr. Griffin is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Professional Counselors Supervisor (CPCS). She works in private practice (Just Talk Counseling and Consulting) to offer psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and couples dealing with life challenges. She focuses on integrating psychoeducation with clinical counseling interventions to offer her clients an enriched and collaborative therapeutic experience.
In addition to her professional life, Dr. Griffin has been married for over 20 years. She has three daughters and two dogs, all who keep her extremely busy. She enjoys movies, playing scrabble, and traveling.
